Question 1: How to place an order?

Answer: Placing an order is extremely simple. Please send an email at and we will contact you. You can also send your artwork/Gerber files at the same email.

Question 2: How can I pay for the order?

Answer: We accept any mode of payment which you are comfortable with. We prefer wire transfer however you can specify your mode of payment while placing the order.

Question 3: Can I repeat my previous order?

Answer: Yes, you can repeat your previous orders and we will not charge you for tooling charges. We also offer additional discount on repeat-orders.

Question 4: What file format you accept for PCB manufacturing?

Answer: We accept any file format you are comfortable with, just it should be convertible to gerber format. Since, we have a full design team in place, we can handle any of your file formats.

Question 5: Can you fulfil orders in short duration also?

Answer: Yes, we can reduce the lead-time if you have urgent requirements. However, there is extra cost associated with this.

Question 6: Can you deliver PCB in my country?

Answer: Yes, we send our shipment through DHL, Fedex depending upon your preference and cost effectiveness. However, any import/custom fee needs to be paid by customer.

Question 7: I want my PCBs to be fabricate only in my country? Can you arrange?

Answer: Yes, We have partner network in almost every country. We can design your PCB in-house and arrange fabrication services closer to your location so that you have ease of access to material.
